How to get to our house:
800 North Buchanan St.
Arlington, VA 22203
Well, its easy. We are near the intersection of George Mason Drive & Wilson Blvd. Conveniently near the Ballston Orange Line Metro Station .
From the north of the city:
- Take 495 (The Beltway) West to Rt 66 East (Left Exit)
- Follow Rt. 66 East to Exit 71
- Take the first right, Glebe RD and follow it for 1 block to Wilson Blvd.
- Take a right onto Wilson Blvd. (By the bizarre Peck Cheverolet dealership)
- Follow Wilson for about 300 yds, Buchanan St is the 4th Right
- Our house is 1 block up Buchanan on the Left, a post in front of our house now has the number 800 in luminous letters.
From the South:
- From 95 North get onto 395 North.
- Take the Glebe Rd. North Exit
- Follow Glebe for 2 miles or so, to the intersection of Glebe & Wilson
- Take a left onto Wilson
- Buchanan St is the 4th Right off of Wilson
- Our house is 1 block up Buchanan on the Left, a post in front of our house now has the number 800 in luminous letters.
By Metro
Just take the Orange line towards end station Vienna, & get out at the Ballston station. After going up the escalators, turn 180 degrees and follow your nose onto Fairfax drive (ie cross Stewart street), stay on the left hand side of Fairfax Drive all the way past the Holiday Inn (by the Rt. 66w On-ramp). The sidewalk turns into a bike path, keep following it & turn left throug the little park, follow the bick trail until it reaches a Rd (this is Buchanan St). Turn Left and follow Buchanan 1 block. Our house is on the right.
